Frequently Asked Questions

First, check your spam or junk folder as confirmation emails sometimes end up there. If you still can’t find it, contact us with your order details and we’ll resend your confirmation.

We accept all major credit and debit cards including Visa, Mastercard, American Express, as well as Apple Pay, Google Pay, and PayPal for secure and convenient checkout.

Currently, we only deliver within the UK. If you’re located outside the UK and would like to order, please get in touch and we’ll see what we can arrange.

Standard UK delivery typically takes 3-5 working days from dispatch. We roast to order to ensure maximum freshness, so please allow 1-2 working days for roasting before dispatch. You’ll receive a dispatch notification email with tracking information once your order is on its way.

If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery timeframe, please check your tracking information first. If there are any issues, contact us with your order number and we’ll investigate immediately.

Delivery charges vary depending on order value and location. You’ll see the exact delivery cost at checkout before completing your purchase. We offer free delivery on orders over a certain value – check our current promotions for details.

If you need to change or cancel your order, please contact us as soon as possible. If your order hasn’t been roasted or dispatched yet, we’ll do our best to accommodate your request.

Simply browse our coffee collections, select your preferred grind type and bag size, then add items to your basket. When you’re ready, proceed to checkout where you can enter your delivery details and payment information. You’ll receive an order confirmation email once your purchase is complete.
